About Us
Home to Canada’s largest concentration of student and faculty-led start-ups, the Schwartz Reisman Innovation Campus provides space for entrepreneurial research-based AI and technology scale up companies that are Canadian based and globally focused.
The Schwartz Reisman Innovation Campus co-locates the Schwartz Reisman Institute for Technology and Society, the Vector Institute, Medicine by Design and U of T-founded start-ups alongside other AI, biotech and entrepreneurial entities. This will create a cluster of cross-disciplinary strengths and activity not found anywhere else in Canada, while positioning Toronto at the core of creating new technology companies, jobs, and solutions.
The Schwartz Reisman Innovation Campus will be developed in two phases; the West Tower and East Tower.
Located at the north-east corner of University and College, The Schwartz Reisman Innovation Campus West will be home to an array of multifunctional and innovative spaces spanning 250,000 square feet across 13 stories.
The tower features a two-story lobby, a second floor auditorium, multipurpose conference space, and two “winter gardens” that overlook Queens Park. A variety of cafe and restaurant outlets will be available on the first floor.
