Book the perfect space for your next brainstorm, meeting, or presentation. Our standard meeting rooms and premium boardrooms come in a variety of sizes with advanced audio/visual equipment to support virtual and hybrid meetings, allowing you to focus on what’s important.
Standard Meeting Rooms and Premium Boardrooms
- As of December 1, 2024, standard meeting rooms will be complimentary for current tenants. Premium boardrooms can be booked and tenants will be billed monthly for their use.

How to Book: Booking Designates
Each tenant at the Schwartz Reisman Innovation Campus can register up to three booking designates who will be responsible for booking spaces for their organization using the EMS Web App. This online booking system enables booking designates to oversee the booking of standard meeting room space, and additional paid usage and services.
Tenants can submit their three booking designates here.
Please allow three business days for the approval of booking designates within the EMS Web App.
Meeting rooms are booked on a first come, first served basis with booking dates released up to six months in advance.
