And Receive a Free Drink From KIBO Cafe!
From now until December 20th, 2024, you will receive a free regular-sized drink from the KIBO Cafe menu when you make a minimum $10 donation to the U of T United Way Campaign*.
Simply follow these steps:
- Make your donation to the U of T United Way Campaign,
- Make sure you select, “Please send my eReceipt (if applicable) to my personal email.”
- Show your donation email receipt to the staff at Kibo.
- Choose your free drink from KIBO Cafe’s drink menu.
*Maximum of one free drink per customer, no matter the number of individual donations made. Free drinks available are limited to the menu of listed drinks at KIBO Cafe and a maximum monetary value of $6 before HST. This promotion is only available at the KIBO Cafe located at 108 College Street in the Schwartz Reisman Innovation Campus lobby.

For over 20 years, U of T has contributed over $20 million to our community
All three of the University of Toronto’s campuses are in communities supported by United Way Greater Toronto (UWGT). In 2023, the U of T community contributed $389,000 to UWGT.
U of T invites all of our community members to contribute towards building a GTA for all – Any Way We Can.
United Way works together with local agencies, residents who know their communities best and donors. UWGT designs solutions that prioritize the people and places who are being left behind. Building community takes community, and together, UWGT will build stronger neighborhoods for everyone who calls the GTA home — today and for the years to come.
In 2023, across the GTA, United Way Greater Toronto distributed $115 million to community agencies and program supports that enabled them to:
- Serve 1.8 million people,
- Support over 650 programs to help people live healthy, connected lives, and
- Partner with over 300 social service agencies.
