Our Space
Located at the northeast corner of University Avenue and College Street in downtown Toronto, the West Tower consists of 250,000 square feet of AI-focused space that will include the Schwartz Reisman Institute for Technology and Society, and the Vector Institute for Artificial Intelligence. It will provide incubator and start-up space led by the University’s Entrepreneurship office, host the Innovations and Partnerships office, and provide larger step-up space for scaling companies. An auditorium / event space and restaurant / café space are located on the first floor.

Larger floor plans (up to 20,500 sf). Space to be designed by the tenant. Short and long-term leases are available.

Collaboration and co-working space for the University of Toronto Entrepreneurship students and community.
