Meeting Room Details
Standard Meeting Rooms
There are seven small meeting rooms available with capacities ranging from 5 – 8 people.
Meeting rooms are equipped with integrated audio-visual systems to facilitate virtual meetings and presentations designed for unsupported and independent use. Audio-visual technical support is available* at an additional cost.
*If booking a Standard Meeting Room with less than 24-hour’s notice, AV support cannot be guaranteed.
Standard meeting room spaces are for exclusive use by tenants Monday to Friday 7:00am – 6:00pm and are available for community rental evenings and weekends.
Meeting rooms are booked on a first come, first served basis with booking dates released up to six months in advance.
Included Meeting Space Hours
Schwartz Reisman Innovation Campus tenants are allocated a daily limit of included meeting space hours, which is determined by the amount of space they occupy in the building. Booking Designates will need to keep track of their complimentary hours.
Included meeting room use is available to tenants Monday to Friday 7:00am – 6:00pm.

Standard Meeting Rooms
The Schwartz Reisman Innovation Campus has seven standard meeting rooms on three different floors. All standard meeting rooms include advanced audio-visual equipment to support virtual and hybrid meetings (can be used independently or with support from a dedicated audio-visual technician), dimmable lights, and whiteboards (whiteboard markers and other supplies not included).

Premium Board Rooms
The Schwartz Reisman Innovation Campus has four premium boardrooms, two of which can be combined to make a larger boardroom space.
Premium boardrooms are booked hourly to tenants, internal U of T stakeholders, and external users to ensure broad access is available to a range of users.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur the full meeting room rate.
Premium Room Landmark Fee: Please note, clients reserving a premium board room will be charged a 15% surcharge of their catering total when using our internal or preferred suppliers. A 20% surcharge of the catering total will be applied when using an external, non-preferred vendor.

- Views facing southeast overlooking the 7th floor Winter Garden.
- Space is contained with a floor to ceiling glass panel to ensure sound privacy; screen is mounted out of view from Winter Garden space below.
