Creating Innovation Friendly Eco Systems
U of T-led startups require physical space to bring their products to market once they move beyond the incubation stage. We provide space for entrepreneurial, research-based AI and technology scale-up companies that are Canadian-based and globally focused.
Phase 1 will be divided into “quartets” of space.
Our quartets will include auditorium and event space, along with a restaurant and café on the first floor.
