The Schwartz Reisman Innovation Campus in located in the heart of downtown Toronto, within the Discovery District and in close proximity to many key sites, like Queen’s Park, the Legislative Assembly of Ontario, and the Royal Ontario Museum. By Car
Travelling by car? Head East on the Gardener Expressway and use the right two lanes to take exit 154 to merge onto Harbour Street. Turn left onto York Street and continue until University Avenue. Once you reach College Street, turn right. The Schwartz Reisman Innovation Campus will be on your left.
Please be advised that there is no parking on site. The closest parking lot is across the street at MaRS Discovery District, 101 College Street.
Additional public parking is available in the area, and U of T’s parking lots are listed on the Transportation Services website.
By Walking from U of T Campus
If you’re arriving on foot from anywhere within the U of T campus, we suggest you begin your journey towards College Street. Once you reach College, head eastbound until you reach the intersection at College Street and University Avenue. Once here, you’ll find the West Tower just ahead on the left side of the street.
By TTC
The West tower is a short one minute walk from the Queen’s Park TTC station, which serves Line 1. Once you exit the subway station, head east on College Street.
By Go Transit
If you are visiting via Go Transit, take the Go Train to Union Station. From there, head to the Union TTC platform and take a northbound train towards Vaughan Metropolitan Centre (Line 1). Ride three stops to Queen’s Park, where you will find the West Tower a short one minute walk from the subway station.

The Schwartz Reisman Innovation Campus’s close proximity to U of T’s Computer Science, Medicine and Engineering programs, MaRS and some of North America’s most respected research and teaching hospitals means that it capitalizes on the research, learning and partnerships already taking place.
Building Amenities
Phase 1 (West Tower) includes an auditorium/multi-purpose room with flexible space options, two event rooms (capacity for 30 and 70 people, respectively), and two Winter Gardens event spaces (on the 7th and 10th floor) with full capacity for 173 people.
Accessibility
The building is AODA compliant. All floors and washrooms are accessible.
Food & Beverage
A restaurant (Kibo sushi) and café space is available on the first floor.
